Nowadays the improvement of Artificial intelligence can be seen in any field of study. The focus of this research is to establish an Automated Intelligent Design Tool that can Augment human ability in the field of Architectural design homes. This research is a subset of the Intelligence Augmentation study, which today many researchers try to use this attitude to power up human ability in any field of science. This updated version of AIDT is coming from the last two research which embodies at the bottom. The main purpose of this research is to create a user-friendly design tool, whereby, Architects who can design and modify their thoughts about creating a home design in a novel and real-time way. This version is despite the two last versions used also machine-learning algorithms to speed up the process and added some new intelligent features in the whole process. for this purpose, a physical and digital interface was designed, which architects can design and analyze their design through three analysis sections (Functional, Structural, and energy analysis ).

In a technical way, we could apart this research into three main parts. First, the use of a computer vision algorithm that can transfer and detect data from the physical interface, in this part the data's captured and categorized in a way, could be used in algorithm-based and ML-based algorithms. Second, the use of algorithm-based scripting, in this process we coded thousands of lines to intelligently answers to each part of the process, Thus creating a data structure and convert raster data to numerical one and in the part of generating different parts of the plan (except furniture), the algorithm-based method is used, in addition, in the part of analysis sections, this method used too. ML algorithms are the third's part of this research, pix2pix is used to generate furniture of the plan, therefore  1200 samples of DATA are collected with the help of AIDT in three months and after the learning process, the computer could learn the mapping from the input color-cardboard plan to the furniture of the plan of the spaces. So with the help of these three parts, Architects can see and decide about what they designed in real-time as 2D plan and 3D model and Analysis sections.

Artificial Intelligence is a field in which everything is done through data-driven methods; human intelligence can be simulated in a computer and then turned into algorithms that are capable of performing an action in the shortest possible time. In addition to AI, the Intelligent Augmentation (IA) approach emerged with computationally intelligent tools such as AI to strengthen human ability. In this paper, an automated intelligent design is provided as an architectural tool (AIDT) which helps architects design homes in a novel way. This structure has two modes including physical and digital interfaces. In the physical interface, the architect attempts to configure all home designs with the help of colored cardboard pieces as unique spaces. Subsequently, this set of data is captured by a video camera and the footage is then processed by a computer (digital interface). Next, the Intelligent algorithms as the output will show the home architectural design via 2D and 3D views. The AIDT will enable architects to design, modify, and observe changes in real-time.

A User-friendly Tool

A user-friendly tool is proposed called the Automated Intelligent Design Tool (AIDT) which enables architects to design in a new, fresh way. This tool allows architects to change the layout of the home by moving colored cardboard tags and observe what they have designed on the computer. Therefore, it is a collaborative tool among the architect, the client, and the computer which can establish communications among them in a real-time feedback loop. With the application of such a tool in a home design scenario, the client who demands many factors such as the required area for designated spaces, total desired area for the home, and specific proximity to desired spaces, would be sitting next to the architect who is responsible for the careful arrangement of colored cardboard tags in order to achieve the desired home design.

A software tool was created in this proposal to level up the interaction between architect and design characteristics. There are many simultaneous challenges in the process of designing such complicated forms. For instance, managing the allocation of terraces to apartments justly, location the structural elements according to internal layouts, controlling the final composition of form and considering architectural and functional limitations such as daylight of internal spaces and area boundaries which is defined by client.

This matrix is a base of many processes on the design such as structural and functional issues. The result of processes displays on the screens with highlighted errors and disorders. Architect can see the analysis lively and decide to change and optimize his or her designed plans by moving the pieces. This method of interaction firstly helps architects with no or weak computer knowledge to use computer as a useful design assistant and secondly helps us to use computer as an effective tool in design process not only in drafting and modeling.

Finally, an AI (artificial intelligent) system draws a schematic floor plans for all levels and make an abstract three-dimensional model according to pre-drawn standardized modules.
